JEFF LANDRETH - PRESIDENT
Jeff is an Energy and Sustainability Consultant for the Strategic Energy Group at Arup's Los Angeles office. Jeff's background is in building mechanical systems with a bachelors and masters degree in architectural engineering from Kansas State University. Jeff is involved in a wide range of energy projects including commissioning, retro-commissioning, energy auditing, renewable energy feasibility, energy masterplanning, and general sustainable energy consulting. Jeff was involved in the Kansas State University Student Chapter of ASHRAE and has been involved with Student Activities for the ASHRAE SoCal Chapter for the past two years. He is a Member of the Society.

MATTHEW CHURCH - PRESIDENT ELECT
Matthew Church is a manufacturer's representative with DMG Corporation in Los Angeles. He started his career in HVAC five years back as an intern for DMG, while completing his BS in Mechanical Engineering at the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. After completion of his degree he went to work full time with DMG, building his knowledge base in how to aid both engineers and contractors in designing and building custom HVAC systems with a priority in energy efficiency. Matthew has most recently worked as the chair person for the Southern California ASHRAE Spring Seminar.

SCOTT J. NEITHERCUT - SECRETARY
Scott J. Neithercut is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has been a field engineer for a geotechnical engineering firm, and an office engineer for a general contractor. His background in geotechnical engineering includes the monitoring of dynamic pile testing operations, the installation and initialization of inclinometers, as well as the transportation, disposal, and sampling of contaminated soils. As an Office Engineer he was responsible for the processing and submittal of owner and subcontractor pay applications, coordination of material deliveries, checking of shop drawings, submittal processing, project schedule updates, and the coordination of subcontractor operations. Currently Mr. Neithercut is working as an outside sales engineer for R.F. MacDonald Co who provides industrial and commercial boiler sales and service for over 33 manufacturers. His main focus is developing and maintaining relationships with the active engineering firms and contractors in West Los Angeles and Ventura County. Mr. Neithercut currently serves the Southern California Chapter of ASHRAE as the Sol*Air newsletter editor and is also a member of ASPE, ASHE, AEE and other professional organizations. Scott is currently working towards becoming LEED accredited and has been a member of the Southern California Chapter for three years.

EDWIN HORNQUIST - TREASURER
Edwin Hornquist has over 18 years of experience in the energy industry across a diverse spectrum of companies. He began his career working for public and investor-owned utilities focusing on energy efficiency, demand-side-management, supply resource planning, and meter data acquisition systems. During the early years of the deregulated electricity market in California, Mr. Hornquist held jobs with several prominent energy services providers managing the companies' retail commodity operations. Later he went on to lead the operations of a startup energy management company. Currently he is working at Southern California Edison where his focus has included managing projects related to the utility's Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) initiative, Codes & Standards, Demand Response, and Emerging Technology programs. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Woodbury University, Los Angeles.

ANDY KHECHOUMIAN - PAST PRESIDENT
Andy Khechoumian is the chief mechanical engineer at Donald F. Dickerson Associates. He holds a BSME from Pacific Western University and an MBA from Woodbury University and is a registered Professional Engineer in both mechanical and electrical. Andy is a member of ASHRAE, NSPE, ASME, IEEE and several other professional organizations. Andy performs design work in HVAC for commercial and institutional buildings involving new, existing, and retrofit facilities. His experience includes project management and engineering design development for a broad range of projects. He is a member of society and is associated with the Southern California Chapter.

Christine Cloutier graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2005. She later received her Professional Engineering License for California and became a LEED Accredited Professional. For the past six years she has worked at HDR as a Mechanical Engineer, with experience in HVAC and Energy Modeling. For the past two years she has been a member of the ASHRAE Southern California Chapter and serving in the Student Activities Committee.

Andrew Reilman received a BSME from UC Davis in 1999, has been a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California since 2005, and is accredited as a LEED AP BD+C. He is a Senior Associate at Syska Hennessy Group with over 10 years of experience as a mechanical engineer providing design, consulting and master planning services on tenant improvement, large-scale public assembly, commercial office and district energy projects. He has utilized Revit to model building systems on projects including UCLA Pauley Pavilion, Long Beach Airport, and LAWA Bradley West Terminal Expansion. He also has extensive experience in modeling programs such as E-quest and Energy Pro.
